Tsum Tsum Cake Pop Recipe
Makes approx. one dozen cake pops
INGREDIENTS
Half of a 9” x 13” cake
2-4 T frosting
Candiquik in chocolate and vanilla (Ghirardelli melting wafers also work well)
Oil base food color in blue, green, yellow, and pink
4 slivered almonds
Blue jellybean
Heart sprinkles
Pink confetti sprinkle
M&Ms
White candy melt wafer (for Mike Wazowski’s eye)
Lollipop sticks
Toothpicks
DIRECTIONS
1. Crumble cake to fine crumbs in a stand mixer. Add frosting 1 T at a time until dough consistency is reached. It’s ready when it can be packed into a dense, tight ball. Roll out 1” cake balls.
2. Melt Candiquik in the microwave at 25 second intervals until melted. Dip lollipop stick 1/2” into candy coating, then insert into cake ball.
