In a recent official video from Mattel Creations, there was a hint of an upcoming "Designer Series" Monster High Skullector doll. In one of the frames, a newspaper-style flyer appears with a news article about a girl flying past the Philippines, the so-called "Manananggal".
Manananggal is a mythical creature from Philippine folklore that is a terrifying vampire that can separate its upper body from its lower body and fly at night in search of victims.
